These terms and conditions govern your use of the Alchemy Range website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Use of the website

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep your account credentials secure.

Orders and acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information. An order is only confirmed once we issue an order confirmation email.

Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include Irish VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery is free on orders over €75; orders below this threshold are charged a flat €9.95 delivery fee. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and accepted.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location. Large items such as heat pumps may require specialist pallet delivery, and our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Installed, used or personalised products cannot be returned unless they are defective. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Warranty and product support

Manufacturer warranty terms are provided with each product and vary by brand. Alchemy Range will assist with warranty claims where products are found to be defective within the warranty period.

Limitation of liability

Alchemy Range shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products beyond the amount paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
