Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Alchemy Range purchase. If for any reason you are not, our returns policy is designed to be simple and fair.

30-day return window

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Items that cannot be returned

• Products that have been installed, fitted or used
• Consumables such as filters and cartridges once opened
• Items damaged through misuse, neglect or unauthorised modification
• Personalised or special-order products

Defective or damaged items

If a product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange inspection, repair or replacement at our discretion in line with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@alchemyrange.ie with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within one working day with return instructions and a return authorisation.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
4. Send the item to the address provided, retaining proof of postage.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different variant or product, please follow the returns process above and place a new order for the replacement item.
