Shipping Policy

We ship Alchemy Range products throughout Ireland and across the European Union with tracked, insured couriers. All prices on our website include VAT; delivery charges, where applicable, are shown clearly at checkout.

Ireland

Standard delivery: 2–4 working days. Delivery is free on all orders over €75. Orders below €75 are charged a flat rate of €9.95.

European Union

Standard EU delivery: 5–8 working days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination country and order weight. All duties and taxes for EU deliveries are included in the price shown.

Order processing

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2–3 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a dispatch notification with tracking information.

Order tracking

Every order is dispatched with a tracking number that is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse in Blessington, County Wicklow.

Larger items and heat pumps

Heat pumps, water heaters and other large units may ship on a pallet service with a scheduled delivery window. Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable date and provide any necessary installation preparation advice.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at support@alchemyrange.ie and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
